Grow out the damage and get your real nails backIn ninety days, without a salon
For the woman who hides her hands in every photo
For the woman who took the gel off and panicked
For the woman who has bitten her nails since childhood
The 90-Day Nail Makeover is a coached program for women whose nails have been thinned, peeled, split, lifted or bitten. You get a personal assessment of all ten nails, a protocol built around your specific damage, and a weekly photo check-in so you can actually see it working. No products to buy first. No salon. Just your own nails, growing back properly.

Built by Edina Muresan, [PLACEHOLDER: credential or role], who has [PLACEHOLDER: real number + unit, e.g. "spent nine years fixing nails other salons damaged"].
The real problem
You've been told your nails are just weakThey're recovering from damage
Every three weeks you cover them again, because bare nails feel worse than covered ones.
So the cycle continues. Gel goes on, gel comes off, a little more of the nail plate goes with it. Between appointments you wash dishes bare-handed, sanitise ten times a day, and peel a corner when it lifts. Then you buy another strengthener and wonder why nothing changes.
None of that is a character flaw. Nail damage has a small number of specific causes, and almost all of them are things being done to the nail, not something missing from your diet. Stop those, rebuild the surface, and the nail does the rest on its own. It just needs one full growth cycle to do it, and nobody ever tells you how long that is.
- “Nails need to breathe.”: The nail plate is dead keratin. It doesn't breathe. What it needs is hydration and a break from damage.
- “White spots mean a calcium deficiency.”: They're almost always minor trauma to the nail matrix, not a nutritional problem.
- “A stronger hardener will fix it.”: Overused hardeners make nails stiff and more likely to snap, not less.
This isn't a discipline problem. It's a sequence problem, and the sequence takes about ninety days.
Another salon appointment vs.
your own nails back.
A gel manicure every three weeks runs €60 to €100 and lasts until the next one. It covers the damage, it doesn't grow it out, and each removal takes a little more of the nail with it. Ninety days of the other approach ends the cycle entirely.

A note from Edina Muresan
I spent years watching women apologise
for their own hands
[PLACEHOLDER, ~13–20 words: Where you started, the job, the salon, the moment you first noticed the problem.]
[PLACEHOLDER, ~20–30 words: What you kept seeing, the pattern that bothered you.]
[PLACEHOLDER, ~20–30 words: What you changed, the turn.]
[PLACEHOLDER, ~20–30 words: Why this exists now, why online, why coached.]
You don't need a better manicure. You need ninety days.
The Path
Four phases. Ninety days. One outcome:
nails you don't hide.
Four phases, roughly three weeks each. You move through them in order, because the sequence is what makes it work: stopping the damage always comes before rebuilding it.
Photograph all ten. Find out what you're actually dealing with.
Before anything changes, we score your nails together on a live call: thickness, flexibility, peeling, lifting, the state of the nail folds. You'll learn which of the six damage patterns you have, because the protocol for peeling nails is not the protocol for lifting ones. You leave the call knowing exactly what you're fixing.
What You'll Do
Photograph all ten nails in a fixed setup
Score your baseline with your coach on a call
Identify your damage type and your target
What happens after day ninety?
Most people don't want to go back to the salon that caused this. That's where the at-home studio program picks up, and members hear about it first.
The Program
Everything here is built around one thing:
evidence that it's working.
Twelve weeks of coaching, a course you keep for life, and a weekly photo record that shows you the change while it's still too gradual to notice in the mirror.
Nine modules, released to match the phase you're in
Short lessons: four to nine minutes. You're never more than a week ahead of what you actually need, which is deliberate. People who binge the whole course in a weekend don't do the daily work.
It covers anatomy, the damage audit, the daily rebuild protocol, the evidence on supplements, and a protocol for each specific problem: peeling, thinning, lifting, ridges, sore nail folds, biting.
You keep access permanently, including every update.
Watch: four to nine minutes, matched to your current phase
Do: one action per module, nothing stacked on top of each other
Photograph: one check-in a week, which is the whole tracking system
Sample lesson
The counterintuitive one everybody argues with, until week six.
Pricing
One program. One price.
The full ninety days, paid once. Nothing else to buy, ever.
Identical program, spread across the ninety days you're in it.
The guarantee applies when all twelve weekly photo check-ins are submitted. This is an educational coaching program, not medical care, and it isn't a substitute for seeing a doctor.

Common questions
Your questions
If yours isn't here, email emure.nailstudio@gmail.com and a person will answer, usually the same day.
Why ninety days? Can't this be faster?
Because a fingernail grows roughly three millimetres a month, so a full plate takes three to six months to replace itself. Nothing shortens that. What we can shorten is the damage still being added, which is why the first two weeks focus entirely on stopping it. The skin and cuticles respond within days, the nail plate takes the full cycle.
I can't have bare nails for three months. I have things to go to.
You don't have to. There's a whole module on looking presentable while healing, including the safest short-term options for an event and a harm-reduction protocol if you're keeping gel for now. We'd rather you stay in the program with a compromise than quit it for a wedding.
Do I have to buy a load of products?
No. There's a kit lesson in week two, after you know your damage type, and it's built around roughly €40 of basics. Most people already own two of them. We tell you what not to buy as clearly as what to buy.
What if I bite my nails?
There's a dedicated track for it. Nail biting is a body-focused repetitive behaviour, not a willpower failure, and it's treated as one: trigger mapping, competing responses, environment design. Telling someone to just stop is why every previous attempt didn't work.
Is this medical advice?
No, and that matters. This is an educational and coaching program. We don't diagnose or treat anything, and we don't touch suspected infections, fungus or skin conditions. Part of the first module is a red-flag checklist so you know when to see a doctor instead, and we'd rather send you there than sell you ninety days you don't need.
What if it doesn't work for me?
Submit your twelve weekly photo check-ins. If your Nail Health Score hasn't improved by day ninety, you get a full refund and we keep coaching you until it does. The photos are the condition, because they're also the thing that makes it work.
In ninety days you'll either have your nails back, or another year of covering them
You could book the next appointment, pay the €80, and cover it for another three weeks. Or you could spend the same ninety days growing it out for the last time, with someone looking at your photographs every week to make sure it's working.
